Non-medical home care that helps people stay safe, comfortable and independent at home — anywhere in Massachusetts.
Whether you’re caring for a parent, recovering after a hospital stay, or simply need a hand with daily routines, we build support around the person — their home, their schedule and what matters to them.
What we help with
- Companion care — conversation, activities, walks, and someone reliable to check in.
- Personal care assistance — help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and moving safely around the home.
- Homemaking — light housekeeping, laundry, meal planning and preparation.
- Medication reminders — prompts at the right times (our caregivers remind; they don’t administer medication).
- Errands and escorts — shopping, pharmacy runs, and company at appointments.
- Respite care — a few hours or regular days off for family caregivers.
- Dementia-friendly support — calm, consistent routines from caregivers trained in person-centered dementia care.
How care starts
- Free consultation. Tell us what’s going on by email or the contact form. We reply within one business day.
- In-home assessment. A care coordinator visits to understand routines, home safety and what support would help most.
- Written service plan and agreement. You get the plan, the hourly rate and the total projected cost in writing — including every fee — before care begins.
- Caregiver matched. We introduce a screened caregiver suited to the person’s needs, schedule and preferences.
- Ongoing supervision. Regular supervisory visits and check-ins, and the plan is updated whenever needs change.
Visits are scheduled by the hour. We don’t offer live-in care; when someone needs support around the clock, we staff it as two 12-hour shifts so every caregiver is rested and properly paid.
Our services are non-medical. We don’t provide nursing or clinical care, but we coordinate with the clinicians and case managers already involved.
