Horizon Health Collective is a Massachusetts home care and health consulting company. We exist to close the gap between the people who need care and the people who coordinate it.
What we do
We work on two fronts. For families, we provide non-medical home care — companionship, personal care, homemaking and respite — anywhere in the Commonwealth. For health organizations, we provide staffing, consulting and administrative support built on the same standards we hold ourselves to.
