Screening
Before placement, candidates complete the screening Massachusetts home care requires: Massachusetts CORI, criminal history for other states lived in during the past five years, the federal OIG exclusion list, the nurse aide registry and credential verification — plus a driving record and insurance check for anyone who will transport clients.
Training
Our staff complete annual training in the seven topics the new state law requires, including infection control, falls prevention, recognizing and reporting abuse or neglect, and dementia and person-centered care.
